Ora Elharar Soffer, age 59, serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, and President of SkyTech Orion Global Corp. She has held the positions of Director and Chair of the Board since February 2020, CEO since May 2020, and President since January 2023. Additionally, she is a director of CTGL Citrine Global Israel Ltd. and CEO, founder, and Chairwoman of SkyTech Orion Ltd. Ms. Soffer has over 30 years of experience in high-tech, healthcare, biotech, and defense-related infrastructure, with expertise in business development, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings. She founded Chip PC Technologies and co-founded Xseed, which was later acquired by Elbit Systems. She is also the founder and managing partner of Citrine SAL investment funds and serves as a director and significant shareholder in several technology and investment companies. Ms. Soffer completed Management Studies at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Ilanit Halperin, age 52, is Chief Financial Officer, Director, Treasurer, and Secretary of SkyTech Orion Global Corp. She has been a director since February 2020, CFO since May 2020, and Treasurer and Secretary since January 2023. She also serves as a director of CTGL Citrine Global Israel Ltd. and SkyTech Orion Ltd. Ms. Halperin has over 21 years of experience at one of the six largest accounting firms in Israel, including 11 years as a partner, before establishing her own CPA and financial consulting office. She has extensive experience auditing and preparing financial statements under Israeli, IFRS, and US GAAP standards and specializes in advising early and mature stage companies across various sectors.
