Constellium Se's Comment on Supply Chain

The company produces the majority of its rolling slab and extrusion billet requirements internally at its casthouses, with the remainder supplied through long-term contracts with several upstream suppliers. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the top 10 metal suppliers, each a partner for over 10 years, accounted for approximately 49% of total metal purchases by volume. The company procures various metals, including primary metal from smelters or metal traders, remelted metal from external casthouses, production scrap, end-of-life scrap, and alloying elements and primary ingots from producers and metal traders. Energy needs, primarily natural gas and electricity, are secured through fixed-price commitments and forward contracts with energy suppliers. The company also utilizes derivative financial instruments to manage energy cost volatility and incorporates indexation clauses on energy prices in some long-term sales contracts to mitigate fluctuations.
