Officers & Directors
Ingrid Joerg, age 56, has served as Chief Executive Officer and director since January 1, 2026. She was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and President of the P&ARP business unit from September 2023. Joerg joined Constellium in 2015 as President of the A&T business unit. Her prior experience includes CEO of Aleris Rolled Products Europe, leadership roles at Alcoa Corporation, and commercial positions at AMAG Austria. She joined the Board of voestalpine AG in July 2019 and is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Aluminum Association. Joerg holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Linz, Austria.
Jack Guo, age 47, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2025, after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from April 2023. He joined Constellium in 2017 as Vice President Finance and later Vice President Business Development and Strategy. Guo previously worked at Credit Suisse for twelve years in investment banking and capital markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Columbia University.
Philippe Hoffmann, age 60, has been President of the A&T business unit since September 2023. He was previously President of the AS&I business unit from October 2020. Hoffmann has held various leadership roles at Constellium, including Managing Director for Hard Alloys and Large Extrusion, Vice President Rolled Products Europe, and Vice President and Managing Director Automotive Structures. He is a Swiss citizen and holds degrees from INSEAD Business School and École Nationale Supérieure des Mines, including a Master in Physics and Material Science, as well as a Master of International Management from the International Master Program for Managers.
Matthew Perkins, age 58, has been President of the P&ARP business unit since May 2025. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at EVRAZ North America and as President and CEO of SKW North America. Perkins also held operational leadership roles at U.S. Steel in India for over a decade.
