James McCormick, age 67, serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Greg Smitherman, age 62, has been Chief Financial Officer since October 2021. He has over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital, along with 10 years of operating experience. Prior to this role, he was CFO of Accelergy Corporation from February 2013 to October 2021. Smitherman holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Gregory Rayzman, age 63, has been Chief Technology Officer since 2015 and joined the company in 2004. He also serves as CTO and Chief Data Architect of SteppeChange since April 2015. His previous experience includes positions at Apple (2013-2015), TheFind (acquired by Facebook in 2015), NebuAd (2006-2009), ITM Software (acquired by BMC), Claridyne Inc., and Annuncio Inc. (acquired by PeopleSoft). Rayzman holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from Moscow University and completed postdoctoral studies in Applied Mathematics at the Academy of Science. Lauren O’Brien, age 61, has been Chief Revenue Officer since May 2022, joining the company in April 2021. She has over 20 years of executive experience in sales, marketing, operations, and general management. Previously, she was Chief Operating Officer of VentureBeat and CEO of Shift Communications and Consulting from 2002 to 2017. O’Brien holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.
