Renger van den Heuvel, age 61, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director, acting as principal financial officer, since April 2025. His previous leadership roles include positions at Jakota Capital AG, Youngtimers AG, Van + Van GmbH, Spark Art GmbH, and Blockchain.art. He holds a Master’s degree in Dutch Law from Radboud University of Nijmegen.
Chi Kong (Adrian) Cheng, age 46, is Chairman of the Board and Director. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of ALMAD Group and Founder and Chairman of K11. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and is involved in business innovation and community initiatives, including The WEMP Foundation.
Clive Ng, age 63, is a Director with over 35 years of strategic and management experience in Asian markets. He is a co-founding Partner of C Capital and a Board member of Highlight Event and Entertainment AG. His previous leadership roles include positions at Pacific Media, United International Asia Holdings, Asiacontent, MTV Japan, China Broadband Limited, and China Cablecom Limited, as well as advisory roles at Warner Music Group Inc.
