He holds a bachelor's degree in Tourism Economic Management from Huaqiao University (2002). Wenjuan Qiu, age 39, has been Vice President and Director since May 2024. She has served as Director of the General Manager’s Office of Xiamen Pop Culture since July 2013 and as General Manager of Hualiu Digital since April 14, 2022. Previously, she worked at Bang Meng Hui Jun Consulting Co. Ltd. from 2009 to 2013. She holds a bachelor's degree in e-commerce from Yango University of Fuzhou University. Yunzhu Chen, age 44, has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2024 and Financial Manager of Xiamen Pop Culture since July 2017. She has approximately 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, including roles as Deputy General Manager of Finance at Gao Qing (Xiamen) Venture Capital Co., Ltd. from 2015 to 2017, Financial Manager at Xiamen South Keyu Technology Co., Ltd. from 2010 to 2015, and Accountant at Xiamen Taikeluo Superhard Tools Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2009. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Jimei University. Zhidi Lin, age 41, has been an Independent Director since December 2023. He is Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Xiamen Kaopu Cloud Co. since May 2019, focusing on financial and risk management. Previously, he was CFO and Secretary at Yew Wah Landscape Co. from 2018 to 2019. He holds a bachelor's degree in food science and engineering from Jimei University (2007) and a master's degree in economics from Fujian Normal University (2010). Azhen Lin, age 38, has been an Independent Director since December 2023 and General Manager of the General Management Department at Xiamen Bojie Industrial Co., Ltd. since May 2014, overseeing human resources, administration, and procurement. She holds a junior college degree in finance.
