Mr. Singh is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Kapil Singh, age 50, is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee. He is founder and Director of Kapital Global LLC FZ and KGV Global FZE, firms providing strategic investments and advisory services. His prior experience includes roles at Citigroup Credit Services India Limited, Standard Chartered, and HDFC Bank. Mr. Singh holds a postgraduate degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Phaneesh Murthy, age 61, is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee. Elected to the Board as of May 1, 2025, he is expected to serve on the Audit Committee and as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Murthy brings nearly four decades of industry leadership experience.
