Xixuan Hei serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Upon completion of an initial business combination, she is expected to receive 75,000 Class A Ordinary Shares. Prior to or in connection with the initial business combination, no executive officers or directors have received cash compensation for services rendered to the Company. Since the Company's formation, no stock options, stock appreciation rights, or other long-term incentive awards have been granted to any executive officers or directors. Following the initial business combination, management team members who remain may receive consulting, management, or other fees from the combined company, with such amounts disclosed to shareholders as required.
