Dr. Fen “Eric” Zhang serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and director. Jie “Janet” Hu is the Chief Financial Officer. Cameron R. Johnson and Kevin McKenzie are directors. Dr. Zhang, Ms. Hu, and Mr. Johnson are based in China, while Mr. McKenzie is located in Switzerland. Dr. Zhang is the sole director of the Sponsor and holds all issued and outstanding ordinary shares of the Sponsor. He is a Canadian citizen. The Sponsor owns approximately 37.8% of the issued and outstanding shares. There are eight holders of the Sponsor’s Series A preferred shares, including Dr. Zhang; one holder is Canadian and six are Chinese citizens. Holders of Series A preferred shares generally do not have voting rights except in certain cases.
