As of December 31, 2025, the executive officers of the company are Mark Wendland, age 47, serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board; Mark Toomey, age 56, serving as President; and Jacob Asbury, age 52, serving as Chief Financial Officer. Mark Wendland holds the dual roles of executive officer and director. Mark Toomey was appointed President effective November 6, 2025. Since March 2025, he has been Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Liberty City Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage blockchain and technology companies. His prior roles include Head of Distribution at Galaxy Digital (March 2021 to March 2025), Head of Pensions, Endowments and Foundations at J.P. Morgan (2019 to March 2021), and Managing Director and Head of Institutional Equity Derivatives at Goldman Sachs. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Syracuse University and an MBA from Georgetown University. Jacob Asbury was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective December 10, 2025. He served as CFO of Clear Street Group, Inc. from September 2021 to December 2023, then operated an independent advisory practice beginning January 1, 2024. His previous positions include CFO of Performance Flight & Custom Jet Charters (June 2020 to September 2021) and CFO of Instinet Incorporated (2010 to 2020). He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont.
