Morgan Kurk, 56, serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director. He has held the President and CEO positions since August 2023. Previously, he held various executive roles at CommScope from 2009 to 2021 and was President of Personal Protection Equipment at Honeywell from 2021 to 2023. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Mitchell Cohen, 70, has been Interim Chief Financial Officer since December 18, 2025. He has extensive financial leadership experience in public companies, private equity, and startups, with expertise in financial performance, corporate transactions, and operational stabilization. He has served as interim CFO for Cerence, Redbox Entertainment, Blue Apron, and Cytodyn. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics from Queens College.
Scott Imhoff, 57, is Senior Vice President of Product Management, a position he has held since July 2016. He joined the Company in 2011 from Motorola Solutions, where he held various business development roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Iowa State University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Sally Rau, 67, serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and HR Officer since August 2024 and has been General Counsel since February 2015. She was a consultant for law firms from 2014 to 2015, General Counsel of Velti from 2010 to 2013, and a partner at DLA Piper LLP from 2000 to 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley, a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of California.
Vibhu Vivek, 58, is Senior Vice President of Products since June 2013. He previously held senior engineering roles at Motorola Solutions from 2007 to 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, a Master of Science in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine.
