Wayne Williams, age 62, serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Callan JMB Inc. He is the founder of the company and specializes in temperature control cold chain management. Eric L. Kash, age 67, has been Executive Vice President and Director since October 1, 2024. He previously held positions as President of Alpha Kash, LLC, CEO and CFO of Coupon Express Inc., and worked as an investment banker. He holds a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Christopher Shields, age 57, has been Interim Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Governmental Affairs since April 15, 2025. He formerly served as Assistant Commissioner at the Chicago Department of Public Health and has over 30 years of experience in public health emergency preparedness. He holds a B.S. in Community Health Administration and completed a Critical Infrastructure Protection Certificate Program. Dr. David J. Croyle, age 66, has been Chief Medical Officer since March 2007. He has over 36 years of medical practice, holds a B.S. from Gannon University, an M.D. from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, completed residency at Brooke Army Medical Center, and is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Radiology.
