Zhao is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing and a master's degree in professional accounting from the University of Washington. Caroline Wang, age 39, has been a director since March 29, 2017. She has been a project manager with JC Group since October 2015. Previously, she served as CFO assistant at Kandi Technologies Group, Inc., and as audit department assistant manager at KPMG Huazhen LLP Hangzhou Branch from 2012 to 2015. Wang holds a master's degree in public administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor's degree in finance from Beijing Language and Culture University.
