Mr. Tylee joined City Office REIT in and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining City Office, he served as President and CEO of Keystone Property Trust, and previously co-founded Acadia Realty Trust.
2. Anthony Maretic, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Mr. Maretic was appointed as CFO and Treasurer of City Office REIT in . He has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having held various senior leadership roles in real estate investment management, including as CFO of New York REIT.
3. Peter Nostrand, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Nostrand joined City Office REIT in and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining City Office, he served as COO of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation and held various senior leadership roles at other real estate companies.
4. Stephen Bittel, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Bittel co-founded City Office REIT in 2013 and has over 30 years of experience in real estate development and investment. He is also the Chairman and CEO of Terranova Corporation, a leading retail real estate firm.
5. James Farrar, Independent Director
Mr. Farrar has been a director of City Office REIT since its inception and has over 30 years of experience in real estate investment management. He is also the Chairman and CEO of Jamestown Properties, a real estate investment firm with over $11 billion in assets under management.
6. Nicole Shusterman, Independent Director
Ms. Shusterman has been a director of City Office REIT since 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate. She is currently Senior Vice President of Asset Management at MeCAM International, a global intellectual property and financial consultancy firm.
