He previously held CEO positions at Xinjiang United Family, Urumqi Plastic Surgery Hospital Co., Ltd., and Urumqi Marie Gynecological and Obstetrical Hospital (Limited). He holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature from Xinjiang University.
Jihong Cai, age 56, has been Chief Financial Officer since September 2020 and CFO of Xinjiang United Family since September 2018. Her prior roles include CFO at Xinjiang Dongbao Group, Xinjiang Fudiyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Osman Biotechnology Co., Ltd. She is a Chinese Certified Tax Agent, accountant, and financial planner with a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hubei University.
Shuaiheng Zhang, age 62, has served as an Independent Director since August 2023. He has over 40 years of experience in electronic components manufacturing and new energy industries. He is General Manager at Sunwoda Electronic Co., Ltd. and has held leadership positions at Shenzhen SEG Longyan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen SI Semiconductors Co., Ltd. He holds an EMBA from Tsinghua University and a bachelor's degree from Xidian University.
Jie Li, age 38, has been an Independent Director since August 2024 and is a lawyer at Beijing DeHeng Law Offices (Urumqi) since April 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Shandong University of Finance and Economics.
Bin Li, age 44, has served as an Independent Director since December 2025. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting, financial management, capital markets, and corporate governance. He is CFO of MultiMetaverse Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: MMV), Sponsor of Embrace Change Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: EMCG), and Head of Board Office at Beijing Gaia Interactive Network Technology Co., Ltd. He holds a master's degree in accounting CPA extension from Macquarie University and a bachelor's degree in finance from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
