Neil de Crescenzo - President and CEO: Before joining Change Healthcare, Neil was the Senior Vice President of Oracle's Health Sciences Business Unit, as well as a member of the Oracle Executive Management Committee. Neil also held a number of leadership roles at IBM, including Vice President of Global Services for the Public Sector, Vice President of Life Sciences, and General Manager of WebSphere.
2. August Calhoun - Executive Vice President and CFO: Before joining Change Healthcare, August served as Senior Vice President and CFO of BioScrip, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOS) from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, he was CFO of Omnicare Clinical Research, and previously held senior finance positions at Kindred Healthcare, Inc., Imperial Sugar Company, and Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.
3. Aaron Symanski - Chief Technical Officer: Aaron was previously Chief Practice Officer at TN HIMSS, where he led the development of the state's health information exchange (HIE), and Chief Operating Officer at ClinicalArchitecture, where he developed ontologies for use in EHRs, HIEs, and clinical research.
4. James M. King, MD - Executive Vice President, Clinical Solutions: Prior to joining Change Healthcare in 2016, Dr. King served as the Chief Medical Officer at NovuHealth, and as a Senior Medical Director at Optum. Dr. King has also served in national leadership roles with the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
5. Karenann Terrell - Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer: Before joining Change Healthcare in 2018, Karenann was the Chief Information Officer at Walmart, where she led the company's digital transformation initiatives, including the development of new technologies and applications to improve customer experiences both online and in stores.
