Carlos Cheung, age 35, has served as a Director since September 2024. He is a founding team member of FOSSA, Inc. since 2017, with expertise in software development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth. Cheung holds a BSBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and serves on the Nominating, Compensation, and Audit Committees.
Michael Hutton, age 54, has been a Director since January 25, 2024. He has 28 years of experience in medical device technology companies and 15 years in leadership roles at Phonak Canada of Sonova Holding AG and WSAudiology. Hutton has significant mergers and acquisitions and strategic business development experience. He studied at the Toronto School of Business and the University of St. Gallen and serves on the Nominating, Compensation, and Audit Committees.
Daniel Kokiw, age 53, has served as a Director since January 25, 2024. He is an experienced business owner and operator with mergers and acquisitions experience. Kokiw held senior operational roles at Zodiac Recreational of North America and Rokan Laminating, currently owns a food retail business, and studied Psychology at Carleton University. He serves on the Nominating, Compensation, and Audit Committees.
