Yunwu Li, age 66, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a board member since November 2016, chairman since January 2020, and CEO since September 2019. Since June 2015, he has also been chairman and general manager of Shenzhen CDT Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Li has management experience in optical instruments, communication devices, and environmental protection equipment, with previous leadership roles at Fujian Optical Instrument Co., Ltd., Fujian Furi Electronics Co., Ltd., and Beijing Xinyuan Shidai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. He holds an MBA from The Open University of Hong Kong. Tiefeng Wang, age 46, has been Chief Financial Officer since November 2019. His prior roles include investment manager at Zhejiang Feida Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd., audit manager at Zhejiang Weining Asset Appraisal Office, and financial controller at Xingyuan Environment Technology Co., Ltd. He is a certified public accountant in China and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industry and Business Administration from Hebei University of Geosciences. Yuntao Guan, age 55, has served as Chief Scientist since September 2019 and as a consultant to Shenzhen CDT Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. since January 2019. He is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and director of the Institute of Environment at Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University since December 2010. Mr. Guan has contributed to quick separation technology and researches water treatment technologies such as membrane bioreactors (MBR). He holds positions including vice director of the National Environmental Protection Environmental Microorganisms Usage and Safety Control Key Laboratory, director of the Municipal Water Circulation and Water Environment Safety Assurance Engineering and Technology Research Center of Guangdong Province, part-time professor at The Queensland University of Technology, and former guest professor at Kyoto University. His research focuses on integrated governance and treatment of water environments and distributed wastewater treatment.
