The average remaining term of land contracts under the towers is about 35 years. The largest tenants—T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon Wireless—accounted for approximately 90% of the company's site rental revenues in 2025. Site rental revenues constituted 95% of the company's net revenues in 2025, with most revenues recurring from long-term contracts.
