Officers & Directors
Austen Lambrecht, age 28, serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director. He joined the company in late 2020, initially working in research and development with the solar and hemp subsidiaries. He later contributed to business development and acquisition at 1606 Corp. Since June 2021, he has held the position of Vice President of Operations, overseeing sales, marketing, and investor relations. Lambrecht attended the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2016 to 2020, focusing on Sports Business.
Govindan Gowrishankar, age 59, is a Director and entrepreneur with experience in growing companies and teams. His expertise includes SAAS, mobile advertising, mobile content, ecommerce, and venture capital. He has served on boards of both public and private companies and has been a board member of Tie Seattle since 2013.
Venu Aravamudan, age 60, is a Director with over 30 years of experience in software engineering and product leadership. He was Senior Vice President of Engineering for Oracle's cloud platform and identity from 2020 to 2022. His previous senior roles include positions at F5 Networks, Amazon/AWS RDS, Limelight Networks, VMware, and Microsoft. Aravamudan holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an undergraduate degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
