Oliver G. Brewer III, age 62, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2012. He was previously President and CEO of Adams Golf, Inc. and serves on the boards of Topgolf and The First Tee of San Diego/Pro Kids. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.S. in Economics from the College of William and Mary. Brian P. Lynch, age 64, has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Legal Officer since July 2017. He joined the company in 1999 and has held various legal and financial roles. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College. Glenn Hickey, age 64, has been Executive Vice President since January 2019 and President of Callaway Golf Sales since March 2023. He joined the company in 1991 and has held multiple sales leadership positions. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Mark F. Leposky, age 61, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer since March 2023, previously holding the role of Executive Vice President of Global Operations. He oversees the global supply chain and product categories including the OGIO brand. Angela J. Deskins, age 41, is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. Timothy R. Reed, age 61, is Executive Vice President of Research and Development and Tour.
