- John P. Brase, President and Chief Executive Officer, age 58. Appointed in 2026, Brase has served as President, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors since June 1, 2026. Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of The J.M. Smucker Company from April 2025 to February 2026, and Chief Operating Officer at J.M. Smucker from April 2020. He spent approximately 30 years at The Procter & Gamble Company, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the North American Family Care business from April 2016 to March 2020.
- David S. Marberger, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, age 61. Appointed in 2016, Marberger has served as EVP and CFO since August 2016. He was previously CFO of Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. from October 2015 to July 2016, Senior Vice President and CFO of Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. from 2008 to October 2015, and EVP and CFO of Tasty Baking Company from 2006 to 2008 (and SVP and CFO from 2003 to 2006). From 1993 to 2003, he held various roles at Campbell Soup Company, most recently as Vice President, Finance, Food and Beverage Division.
- Carey L. Bartell, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, age 52. Appointed in 2022, Bartell has served in this role since June 2022, overseeing legal and governmental affairs. Previously, she was Vice President and Chief Counsel leading litigation and compliance programs at Conagra, which she joined in 2016. Before Conagra, she spent eight years at Hospira, Inc. as Senior Counsel and then Vice President, Legal, overseeing litigation, labor, employment, and immigration law. She began her career in private practice at a Chicago law firm as Associate and then Partner, focusing on litigation and labor and employment law.
- Charisse Brock, Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, age 64. Appointed in 2015, Brock has served as EVP and CHRO since November 2015, and previously as SVP and Interim CHRO from August 2015 to November 2015. She was Vice President of Human Resources for the Consumer Foods segment of Conagra Brands from September 2010 to August 2015. She joined Conagra Brands in 2004 as Director of Human Resources, Refrigerated Foods Group. Prior to Conagra Brands, she spent 15 years at The Quaker Oats Company in its Consumer Foods Division.
- Alexandre O. Eboli, Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, age 54. Appointed in 2021, Eboli has served as EVP, Chief Supply Chain and Transformation Officer since January 2026, overseeing supply chain and transformation programs.
