His prior experience includes roles as Director and CEO of TapImmune, Inc., President and Chief Scientific Officer at Auriga Laboratories, Chief Scientific Officer at Tacora Corporation, Vice-President of R&D at Access Pharmaceuticals, and leadership positions at Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals and SmithKline Beecham. He also served as an Assistant Professor at Rockefeller University.
Brian S John, age 56, has been Executive Chairman, Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Director since March 27, 2024. He founded the company in May 2024 and was appointed Interim CFO effective March 30, 2026. He has 20 years of experience as an investor and advisor globally, founded Caro Partners, LLC, and has served on the board of The Learning Center at the Els Center of Excellence. He also founded and was CEO of Jupiter Wellness (now Safety Shot, NASDAQ: SHOT), acquired SRM Entertainment (NASDAQ: SRM), and was CEO of Jupiter Wellness Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: JWAC, now CJET).
Dr. Hector Alila, age 71, has been an Independent Director since March 27, 2024. He has 30 years of scientific and management experience in biopharmaceuticals and is the Founding President and CEO of Esperance Pharmaceutical Inc. His previous roles include senior positions at Protalex, Inc., Cell Pathways, Inc., GeneMedicine, Inc., and SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals. He holds a Ph.D. in physiology and immunology from Cornell University and was appointed for his expertise in drug development and cancer therapeutics.
