Vincent Wenbin Qiu, aged 58, is the founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He founded the company in 2007 and has held the chairman and CEO positions since December 2013. Prior to founding the company, he was CEO of Shanghai Erry from 2000 to 2007 and held technical management roles at NCR (Shanghai) Technology Services Ltd., HP China, and Sun Microsystems (China) Limited. Junhua Wu, aged 47, is a co-founder, Director, and Chief Strategy Officer since April 2025. He served as Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2017, Chief Growth Officer from 2017 to 2022, and has been a Director since 2012. Previously, he was director of the professional service department at Shanghai Erry and senior IT manager at Goodbaby International Group.
Jun Wang, aged 48, has been a Director since June 2024. He is the founding partner of ACCF Capital and was a founding member and partner of L Catterton Asia. He served as a non-executive director of Mulsanne Group Holding Limited and director of Secoo Holding Limited. His prior experience includes positions at McKinsey & Company and Procter & Gamble. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a D.Phil. in Chemistry from Oxford University, and a B.Sc. from Peking University.
Bin Yu, aged 56, has been a Director since June 2024 and was an independent Director from 2015 to 2023. She was Chief Financial Officer of Lingochamp Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from 2017 to 2020. She has served as an independent director of Zero2IPO Holdings Inc., iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited, GDS Holdings Limited, and DPC Dash Ltd. Her previous roles include CFO of Innolight Technology Corp. and Star China Media Limited, and senior vice president of Youku Tudou Inc.
