Sarah Romano, age 45, has been a director since December 2025. She has over a decade of finance leadership experience at Nasdaq-listed companies and has served as CFO and Treasurer of Vicarious Surgical Inc. since April 2025. Previously, she was CFO at Entero Therapeutics, Inc., Kiora Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Corporate Controller at TechTarget, Inc. She holds a BA in Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Accounting from Boston College.
Timothy Ramdeen, age 34, has been a director since January 2023. He has nearly a decade of experience in private equity, hedge fund investing, capital markets, and company formation. Since June 2022, he has been the founder and managing partner of Dharma Capital Advisors, an investment and advisory firm focused on early-stage private companies.
