Stanislas Veillet, aged 58, serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Biophytis. He co-founded the company and has been its President since inception, assuming the roles of CEO and Chairman in May 2015. He holds a Ph.D. in Genetics and an Engineering degree from AgroParisTech. His previous experience includes positions at CIRAD, Cargill Group, Pharmacia-Monsanto, and Danone Group. Nicolas Fellmann, aged 55, has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2023. He previously served as CFO at Onxeo (now Valerio Therapeutics) and BioAlliance Pharma, and held roles at Pfizer France, Ernst & Young, and Total. He holds an MBA from EM Lyon business school. Chiara Baccelli, aged 48, has been Chief Pharmaceutical Operations Officer and Quality Assurance Director since January 2023. She has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical development and production, with prior roles at UCB, Delpharm, Bioprojet, and IDD. She holds a PharmD from the University of Pisa, a PhD from the Catholic University of Leuven, and an MBA from IRIIG. Edouard Bieth, aged 44, has been Chief Business Officer since September 2023. He was previously General Manager France & BeNeLux at Tillotts Pharma and held senior positions at AstraZeneca, Servier, and Menarini. He holds a Master’s degree in biology and pharmacology of ageing and has completed training at HEC Paris and London Business School. Pierre J. Dilda, aged 54, has been Chief Scientific Officer since October 2019. He served as Vice President of Research from 2015 to 2019.
