Avraham Brenmiller, age 73, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since January 2012. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University and ORT Technikum Givatayim, as well as an M.B.A. for engineers from The Israeli Center for Management. Ofir Zimmerman, age 50, has been Chief Financial Officer since August 2020. He holds a B.A. in Business Management and Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies in Israel and a certificate as an Industrial and Management Technician. Zimmerman previously served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Mitrelli Group and BSW International Group and was a financial advisor to Brenmiller Energy Ltd. Doron Brenmiller, age 42, has been Chief Business Officer since January 16, 2022, and a director since 2012. He holds a B.A. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from INSEAD Business School. Nir Brenmiller, age 46, has been Deputy CEO since July 2012 and a director since 2012. He served as Chief Operating Officer from January 16, 2022, until November 2025. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from IDC - Reichman University and an M.B.A. from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Avi Sasson, age 51, has been Chief Operating Officer since November 2025. He was Executive Vice President of Operations from January 16, 2022, and held the position of Chief Operating Officer prior to 2012. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University. Orna Ben Yosef, age 59, has served as a director since November 2025 and has been Chief Financial Officer of Creator of All Ltd since 2024.
