Clay Shorrock, age 42, has served as Chief Executive Officer and President since September 2025. He has also held the positions of Chief Legal Officer and Executive Director of Business Development since April 2021, and President of LineaRx since December 2024. From November 2016 to April 2019, Shorrock was general and intellectual property counsel to the company. His prior experience includes work at law firms specializing in intellectual property and complex commercial transactions. He holds a B.A. in Biology from Franklin and Marshall College and a J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School. Beth Jantzen, age 48, has been Chief Financial Officer since February 15, 2015. She served as Controller from May 2013 until her appointment as CFO. Before joining the company, Jantzen was a senior manager at Marcum LLP from January 2000 to May 2013, focusing on SEC policies and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton and is a Certified Public Accountant. Patrick Horsman, age 46, is the Chief Investment Officer. Joshua Kruger, age 34, has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since November 6, 2025. His previous roles include Head of Trading and Portfolio Manager at DNA Asset Management (October 2024 to September 2025), Partner and Head of Trading at Coral Capital (January 2022 to October 2024), Lead Architect for Tokenomics and Game Theory at Tea Protocol (January 2023 to December 2023), and co-founder of OnChain Alpha and Kruger Pasch Capital. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Cybersecurity from Texas A&M University. Judith Murrah, age 67, served as Chairperson of the Board from June 2025 until November 5, 2025.
