Mali Zeevi, CPA, age 50, has been Chief Financial Officer since October 2016. She was formerly Senior Director of Finance and Reporting at BioLineRx and held finance positions at Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd. and Kesselman & Kesselman. Ella Sorani, Ph.D., age 58, has been Chief Development Officer since January 2021. She previously served as Vice President of Research and Development at BioLineRx and held management roles at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Aharon Schwartz, Ph.D., age 83, has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2004. He was formerly Vice President at Teva Innovative Ventures, is currently a board member of Protalix Ltd., and works as an independent consultant. Rami Dar, MBA, age 69, has been a member of the board of directors since July 2022. He serves on the Audit, Compensation, and Investment Monitoring Committees and has held board positions at BetterSeeds Ltd., Nordia Springs, and Novolog Ltd.
