Merle Ferguson serves as Chairman of BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. He was appointed Chairman, CEO, and President under an employment agreement beginning March 23, 2020, with an annual fee of $288,000 for five years, payable in shares, cash, or a combination. Ferguson received 1,500,000 Preferred 'A' Shares as a signing bonus, later exchanged for 11,000,000 common shares. His employment agreement commenced on March 25, 2020, with an annual fee of $135,000 for five years, payable in shares, cash, or a combination. Kaiser received 500,000 Preferred 'A' Shares as a signing bonus, later exchanged for 3,000,000 common shares. On November 30, 2021, Steve Gagnon and John LaViolette were appointed Co-CEOs, and Sasha Shapiro was appointed President. As of the filing date, no compensation packages have been established for these appointees.
