Stephen Stamp, age 64, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since March 31, 2020. He was previously Chief Financial Officer and a Board member beginning in September 2019. His prior roles include CEO of Ergomed plc; CFO of Assurex Health, Inc., EZCORP Inc., and KV Pharmaceuticals Co.; COO of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; and Group Finance Director of Regus PLC and Shire plc. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Manchester.
Stephen Parker, age 67, has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors since June 2022. He has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, including positions as Managing Director of sp2 Consulting Limited and Chairman of Sareum Holdings plc, Drishti Discoveries Limited, and sp2 Asset Management Limited. His corporate finance background includes roles at Barings Brothers Limited, SBC Warburg Dillon Read, and Apax Partners LLP. He also served as CFO of Oxford GlycoSciences. He holds a D.Phil. in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, an MBA from City University, London, and a B.Sc. from the University of East Anglia.
Simon Turton, Ph.D., age 58, has been the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director since December 2014. He was Chairman of Q Chip and OpsiRx Pharmaceuticals until their acquisition in December 2014 and has served as Managing Director of Gensmile Limited since January 2015.
