He founded MES, Inc., was CEO from 2008 to 2011, and Vice President of Business Development from 2011 to 2015. He has over 25 years of senior-level executive experience across various industries. John Pavlish, age 67, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since November 2014. He has over 30 years of mercury-related experience, previously served as Senior Research Advisor and Director at the Energy & Environmental Research Center, and is an inventor of patented mercury control technologies. He is a professional engineer and active in multiple professional organizations. James Trettel, age 57, has been Executive Vice President of Operations since June 2024 and was Vice President of Operations from January 2014. He has over 25 years of experience in the dry bulk material handling industry and was owner/operator of Solid Foundation Services, LLC in 2012-2013, providing technical consulting to the company. Fiona Fitzmaurice, age 44, is Chief Financial Officer. David M. Kaye, age 71, Troy Grant, age 52, and Mitzi H. Coogler, age 56, serve as Directors.
