Dr. Houqi Zhang, age 59, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Autozi Internet Technology Co., Ltd., a position he has held since June 2010. He is the founder of the Autozi brand and has over ten years of experience in the automotive service industry. Prior to this, Dr. Zhang was vice president of Lenovo Group Limited, overseeing strategy and corporate operations. He also founded Han Consulting (China) Co., which Lenovo acquired in 2002. Dr. Zhang holds PhDs in economics and automation and has held various leadership roles in Chinese automotive associations. He was recognized as an Outstanding Entrepreneur of Beijing in 2018 and participated as a torchbearer in the 2008 Summer Olympics.
Mr. Shirong Tong, age 52, is a Director and Joint Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from China Coal Economics Institute and an MBA from Tongji University. Since September 2005, Mr. Tong has been an Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Shaoyang University, where he focuses on teaching and research.
