Bentsur Joseph, aged 66, served as President and CEO of the Company from December 18, 2019, to April 18, 2024, and as Director and Chairman of the Board from December 18, 2019, until December 31, 2025. He was also President and CEO of A2ZMS since 1998 and resigned from all roles effective December 31, 2025. His previous positions include Chairman of Elad Hotels (1999–2001), CEO of DIG Ltd. (2001–2003), and director of MARLAZ. He holds an Electronic field-engineer degree from an Israeli Air Force unit and a Project Management Diploma from Tel Aviv University. Reeves Ambrecht, aged 48, was appointed to the board on April 14, 2024. He is Managing Partner of RDA Enterprises, LLC, and Managing Director of Stillwater Asset Management. His prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at The Debt Exchange and beginning his career at Cushman & Wakefield. Alan Rootenberg, aged 73, has been a board member since May 2020 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer on August 12, 2024. He is a chartered professional accountant and has served as CFO for several publicly traded companies, including BioHarvest Sciences Inc., Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd., Osino Resources Corp., Empower Clinics Inc., and Solvbl Solutions Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand and professional accounting designations in South Africa and Ontario. Yonatan de Jongh, aged 43, has been on the board since February 2021. He is Senior Manager of Revenues and Billing at DraftKings Inc. and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management, Israel. Gadi Graus, aged 60, has been a board member since January 6, 2023, and interim Chairman since January 1, 2026. He was appointed CEO on April 18, 2024. He was previously a senior partner at Shibolet & Co., Law Offices, and is director and CEO of Cust2Mate, a subsidiary. He holds an LLB from Hebrew University and an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program. Adi Vazan, aged 44, has been on the board since July 7, 2023. She is an entrepreneur and senior executive with a Bachelor’s degree in economics and logistics from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from the Lev Academy, Jerusalem.
