1. Bill Galvin - President and CEO
Mr. Galvin has spent more than 30 years in the distribution industry, including tenure at Allied Signal, General Electric, and Honeywell where he held senior positions in sales, marketing, and general management. He joined Anixter in 2000 as Senior VP, and was appointed President and CEO in 2008.
2. Ted Dosch - Executive VP
Mr. Dosch joined Anixter in 1981, and has served in a variety of leadership roles throughout his career, including President and CEO of Anixter Europe. Mr. Dosch currently oversees the companyes global supply chain and quality, as well as Anixteres operations in EMEA and Asia Pacific.
3. Mike Jack - CFO
Mr. Jack joined Anixter in 2011 and has served as Senior Vice President e Global Finance since 2018. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, strategic planning and M&A within the industrial and distribution industries. Prior to joining Anixter, he was employed by Doby Verrolec and Epworth Investment Management.
4. Fabrice Bregier - Director
Mr. Bregier was appointed to the Board of Directors in . He has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having worked for Airbus, where he served as the President and CEO of Airbus Commercial Aircraft from 2012 until 2018. Prior to that, he held various management positions within the company.
5. Alexander A. Karsner - Director
Mr. Karsner was appointed to the Board of Directors in . He is currently the Managing Partner of X, Alphabetes moonshot factory where he oversees projects focused on energy, sustainability, and transportation. He previously served as the Assistant Secretary of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the US Department of Energy during the George W. Bush administration.
