Jonathan Nelson has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 2024. He has over 25 years of experience in banking, previously working at Independent Bank Corp. and Rockland Trust Company, where he was Treasurer from 2015. Bartholomew H. Murphy, Jr. has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2021. He joined Avidia Bank in 1992, held various lending and commercial banking management roles, and was Chief Lending Officer from 2010 to 2021. Robert W. Conery has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer since November 2000. With 35 years at Avidia Bank, he oversees Operational Support and IT and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in management and finance. Barry H. Jensen has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since May 2024. He was affiliated with BHJ Advisory Services LLC from October 2023 to April 2024 and previously worked at Rockland Trust Company from 1998 to 2023 in roles including Controller and Chief Technology and Operations Officer. Nicolas Karmelek has been Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer since October 2018. He served 13 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in management and finance/accounting. He is a CFA Charterholder and Certified Enterprise Risk Professional. Donald J. Frost III has been Executive Vice President – Consumer Banking since January 2021. He joined Avidia Bank in May 2011 and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting. Thomas Doane has been Director of Human Resources since 2010 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2023. He holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA.
