Dennis Higgs is the CEO, President, Secretary, and sole owner of Ubex Capital Inc. He has over 40 years of experience, was the founding Director and Executive Chairman of Uranerz Energy Corporation, and currently serves on the Board of Energy Fuels Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. Robert Hatch is the Vice President of Exploration and sole owner of Volcanic Gold & Silver LLC. He has over 45 years of experience as an Exploration Geologist, specializing in gold and silver projects in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. He began his career at Homestake Mining Company and has consulted for several major mining companies. Darcy Higgs has been Vice President of Business Development since August 2023 and has held various roles since April 2020. He is also Director and Interim CEO of URZ (formerly NGE). Grant Bond has served as Chief Financial Officer since October 1, 2022, and has held CFO positions at Tudor Gold Corp., P2 Gold Inc., and RZOLV Technologies Inc. Tom Yip has been the Lead Director (independent) since September 3, 2020. He is a Director of P2 Gold Inc. and Hemlo Mining Corp., and was previously CFO of P2 Gold Inc. Barbara Filas has been an independent Director since August 18, 2020, and works as a self-employed mining and environmental consultant. Guillermo Lozano-Chávez has served as an independent Director since October 19, 2020, and is a self-employed geological consultant. Sandra MacKay has been an independent Director since September 19, 2024. She is Head of Legal at Engineered Intelligence Inc., a Director of URZ, and was formerly Global Vice President, Legal for Copperleaf Technologies Inc.
