He has been Managing Director of Global Stone & Tile (HK) Ltd. since 2001. His educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of the West of England, Bristol (1982) and a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University (1980).
Minjie Mao has been an independent director since July 2025. She has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and corporate management. She founded and serves as Executive Director of Shanghai PanAsia Gemini Financial Consulting Management Co., Ltd. since March 2024 and was Assistant to the General Manager at Alpward Glanz (Shanghai) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. from 2017 to 2024. She holds a Master of Science in International Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University (2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University (2012).
