Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (ASUR) operates as a holding company through its subsidiaries in the airport sector in Mexico. It manages airports that have been opened to private-sector investment by the Mexican government. In 1998, ITA acquired a 15.0% equity interest in ASUR and provides management and consulting services, industry expertise, and technology under a technical assistance agreement. This agreement grants ASUR a perpetual and exclusive license to use the technical assistance and know-how transferred by ITA or its stockholders in Mexico. Customers and markets associated with ASUR include Copenhagen Airports A/S and ITA.
