Alexandre Kaoukhov, M.D., age 49, is Chief Medical Officer since March 2022. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Clinical Development at Bioniz Therapeutics, Inc. from 2021 to 2022, and as Head of Global Development at Almirall, S.A. from 2018 to 2020. He has also held positions at Allergan, Inc., Novartis AG, and Galderma S.A. He earned his M.D. from First Moscow State Medical University and completed dermatology training at Hôpital Saint-Louis, Paris.
Stephen Doyle, age 51, is Chief Business Officer since January 2019. He was Vice President and Head of Specialty Care for China at Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH from 2014 to 2018 and held various leadership roles at Sanofi S.A. and Sanofi-Aventis between 2005 and 2013. He holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from The Robert Gordon University and an M.S. in Clinical Pharmacy from the University of Derby.
Kiran Asarpota, age 45, is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance. He has been Vice President Finance since November 2010 and COO since June 2020. Previously, he was Group Finance Director at Global Brands Group Holding Limited. He holds an MBA from London South Bank University and a BBM from Oxford Brookes University.
Ben Goodger, age 61, serves as General Counsel.
