Brian D. Edgar has served as Chairman of Arras since February 5, 2021, and as Chairman of the Silver Bull Board since April 2010. He has experience in junior and mid-size natural resource companies, having been President and CEO of Dome from 2005 to 2010. Edgar has also served as a director for Dome, Lundin Mining Corp., Lucara Diamond Corp., BlackPearl Resources Inc., ShaMaran Petroleum Corp., and Denison Mines Corp. Additionally, he practiced corporate and securities law in Vancouver for 16 years.
Timothy T. Barry has been Director and Chief Executive Officer of Arras since February 5, 2021, and served as President from February 5, 2021, to October 1, 2021. He is also CEO and President of Silver Bull and has held various roles there since 2011, including Vice President – Exploration. Barry’s background includes positions as Chief Geologist for Dome in West and Central Africa, project geologist for Entree Gold in Mongolia, and exploration geologist for Ross River Minerals Inc., Canabrava Diamonds Corporation, and Homestake Mining Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Otago and is a Chartered Professional Geologist.
Darren E. Klinck has been Director and President of Arras since October 1, 2021. He served as President of Silver Bull from October 1, 2021, to April 2023 and was previously President and CEO of Bluestone Resources Inc. from 2017 to 2021.
