Thomas Chippas resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director effective January 21, 2025. Justin Nolan was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director effective March 22, 2025. Matthew Shaw resigned as Chairman and Director effective June 27, 2025. Ragav Chopra resigned as Director effective August 6, 2025. Jim MacCallum served as Interim Chief Executive Officer following Chippas's resignation and was Chief Financial Officer until his termination on September 12, 2025. Charlotte Proctor-Worrall was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective September 22, 2025. Ralfe Hickman was appointed Director effective December 12, 2025. Justin Nolan's employment contract includes an annual salary of $400,000, participation in group health benefits, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and an annual bonus of up to 100% of base salary. He was awarded 22,250,000 performance share units vesting over three years. His agreement includes termination provisions and restrictive covenants. Charlotte Proctor-Worrall's employment agreement includes a base salary, employee benefits, and eligibility for annual incentive compensation. Jim MacCallum had an employment contract effective April 5, 2023, prior to his termination as Chief Financial Officer in 2025.
