Erik Emerson served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer under an employment agreement dated September 21, 2023. His initial annual salary was $300,000, which increased to $500,000 effective November 13, 2025. Mr. Emerson resigned effective December 1, 2025. Dr. Christopher Kim serves as the Company's Chairman and Chief Medical Officer.
