Ian Huen, aged 47, is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director. He previously served as Non-Executive Director of Aptorum Group from June 2022 to November 2023, and as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director from October 2017 to May 2022. Mr. Huen has experience in global asset management and worked as an equity research analyst at Janus Henderson Group plc. He acted as financial advisor in the sale of Seng Heng Bank Limited (Macau) to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in 2007 and was vice president of the Board of General Meeting at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Capital Limited from 2007 to 2019. He is a trustee board member of the Dr. Stanley Ho Medical Development Foundation. Mr. Huen holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University, an MA in Comparative and Public History from CUHK, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). K.K. Wong, aged 71, has been Head of Finance since August 2024. He has over 28 years of banking experience in credit, marketing, and management in Greater China. His previous positions include General Manager at Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (Macau) for five years, Deputy General Manager at Credit Agricole CIB Bank in Hong Kong for five years, and senior roles at BNP Paribas in Hong Kong for over 16 years. Mr. Wong holds an MBA from Bangor University in cooperation with Alliance Manchester Business School. He is an associate of LIBF, CGI, HKCGI, holds the CGP qualification, and is a member or fellow of several accounting and financial institutes including ICMA (Australia), FFA, FIPA, and is an International Affiliate Member of HKICPA.
