It holds an 18.9% minority equity interest in a joint venture (JV Company) located in the LiangJiang New Area of Chongqing, China, which specializes in power semiconductor packaging, testing, and 12-inch wafer fabrication. The JV Company offers foundry and packaging capacity and maintains a committed monthly wafer production level. On June 30, 2026, the company sold approximately 20.3% of its equity interest in the JV Company to a strategic investor for $150 million, reducing its ownership stake to 18.9%. The proceeds from this sale were allocated to technology investment, new product development, and asset acquisition to support the global development and distribution of power semiconductor products.
