The executive officers manage the company's day-to-day material risks. The Board of Directors oversees cybersecurity risk directly and through the Audit Committee. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for assessing and managing material cybersecurity risks and coordinates with a third-party IT service provider with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management. The Chief Financial Officer oversees cybersecurity policies and processes and provides periodic briefings to the Executive Director, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors on material cybersecurity risks, activities, incidents, and responses.
