Angel Studios was co-founded in 2013 by Neal Harmon, Jeffrey Harmon, and Jordan Harmon. Neal Harmon has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since its founding. He is also associated with Harmon Ventures and Harmon Brothers, LLC, and previously co-founded Orabrush, Inc. Jeffrey Harmon has been Chief Content Officer since January 2021; he co-founded Angel Studios and has been involved with Harmon Ventures and HB LLC. He also co-founded Orabrush, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer and CEO. Jordan Harmon has been President since June 2022; he co-founded Angel Studios and previously held roles as Head of Growth and Originals. He also co-founded Cove, a home security company. Elizabeth Ellis has been Chief Operating Officer since May 2015, overseeing operations; she was formerly Director of Human Relations and Office Manager at Orabrush. Scott Klossner has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since June 2025, bringing over 35 years of financial experience, including prior roles as CFO of Field Nation and Mercato Partners Acquisition Corporation. Glen Nickle is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary.
