Herman Troskie serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. and has been a director of the Ardagh Group since 2009. His previous experience includes serving as group commercial director at Rexam PLC and as a partner at The Boston Consulting Group. Graham chairs the Sustainability Committee and is a member of the Finance Committee.
Stefan Schellinger was appointed CFO of Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. in September 2024. From 2019 to 2023, he was executive vice president, global CFO, and board member of ContourGlobal plc. His earlier roles include group finance director at Essentra plc, corporate development director and finance director at Danaher Corporation, and vice president in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in London. Schellinger holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He is a member of the Finance Committee and the Sustainability Committee.
Mark Porto is Executive Chair of the Board of Directors of Ardagh Holdings S.A. He has a 20-year background in industrial manufacturing, consumer products, and technology companies. Previously, Porto was CEO of Phoenix Services / Phoenix Global and served as president, CEO, and board director of Associated Steel Group, where he was recruited by Promus Holdings.
