Alico Inc's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers



The company operated in the citrus fruit market, holding agreements with Tropicana for citrus sales from May 2020 until May 2025. It also provided citrus grove caretaking services under a Grove Management Agreement with unaffiliated third parties from October 30, 2023, until December 31, 2024. Revenues from grove management services accounted for 2.2% and 6.3% of total citrus revenues for the years ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively. The majority of revenues derived from Alico Citrus operations, representing 93.8% and 96.6% of total operating revenues for the years ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively. The company owns and manages land in several Florida counties, leasing land for farming, hunting, grazing, conservation, and mining activities. Revenues from Land Management and Other Operations constituted 6.2% and 3.4% of total operating revenues for the years ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively. As part of its Strategic Transformation, the company is transitioning from growing its own citrus to a land management-focused model, aiming to balance strategic land development and diversified agricultural operations while maintaining responsible land stewardship and conservation.
