Vincent Browne serves as the Chief Executive Officer, acting Chief Financial Officer, and Board Chairman. He owns and controls VestCo Corp., which has a consulting agreement with a U.S. subsidiary of the company. Browne's employment agreement with an Irish subsidiary includes an annual base salary of €120,000, a bonus of up to 100% of his salary based on milestones, and eligibility for equity awards. He may be terminated for cause or without cause, with severance pay equal to five years of base salary. Browne is currently the Interim Chief Financial Officer following the resignation of Joseph E. Duey. David Farrell was the Chief Operating Officer until his resignation effective February 13, 2026. Taliesin Durant is the Chief Legal Officer, with an employment agreement providing an annual base salary of $190,000 and a cash bonus of up to 100% of her salary based on achievement. Durant also received additional compensation, including a housing allowance from July 2023 to December 2024.
